Making Peace

Making Peace is a major photographic exhibition that presents the international peace movement in its broadest sense and how these persons and organizations have shaped and influenced the course of the 20th century. Making Peace is produced by the International Peace Bureau (IPB), a Nobel Peace Prize laureate (1910). This project brings the exhibition to Stockholm and includes stories from young persons in Sweden that have experienced war and conflicts themselves or through their families. The Nobel Museum also holds a broad spectra of activities on the topics of democracy, conflict resolution, and disarmament together with peace organizations, politicians and debaters.

Project goal

To bring the International Peace Bureau exhibition Making Peace to Sweden and actualize the topics of war and peace for a Swedish audience.
