Cultural heritage in a globalized world

Nest provides essential partnership for over 5 600 artisans from India to Uganda. By providing artisans short-term, targeted support while tackling untouched global sector challenges, Nest is helping to create economic opportunities that alleviate poverty, empower women, and preserve cultural traditions. In this Project, they develop their methods even further to be able to include more artisans in their certification model, include sami artisans and create opportunities for collaboration with Swedish artisans.

To develop and support talented artisans through partnership that have a longterm impact, on their situation aswell as their society.

Why we supprt this project

Through this project, Nest are able to contribute to a wide range of actions that will strenghten artisans, shed light on important issues that concern the copyright of cultural heritage and handicrafts, and both spread and preserve artistic traditions .
